Highlands Ridge “Paws & Claws Day” April 10, 2010
This was the 2nd Annual Paws & Claws Day held at Highlands Ridge. This wonderful event brought animal lovers together: pet stores brought samles and information; veterinarians shared advice; Humane Society animals worked the room. There was a pet photo contest, doggie fashion show and a skit that featured our Humane Society dogs!

Lake Placid Country Fair, February 6-7, 2010
This annual event bringsd people from all over to downtown Lake Placid. The Humane Society brings animals out to be adopted and sets a booth up for donations.
